The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated work of the medical center of Aesthetics. In a project deliverable the company had an opportunity to keep in uniform base managerial and operational account using a product "BIT: Management of medical center 8".
Earlier for conducting operational accounting in the medical center spreadsheets and notebooks of registration were used, the majority of data were processed manually. It took away a lot of time and often there were errors collection of information. The system allowing to create a common information space for maintaining the customer base, accounting of analyses, health policies was required for the company.
As the base for creation of automated information system the program "BIT is selected: Management of medical center 8", providing following features:
- Maintaining customer base: store a contact information about the client, the history of visits, to create discounts for regular customers;
- record of clients: the interactive calendar of record with display of already appointed requests of patients and available working time of the employee and the equipment, maintaining cards of patients;
- inventory control: consider the nomenclature on storage locations, consider receipts from suppliers, control minimum a remaining balance of materials and remind of need of purchase;
- accounting of the rendered services and sales: creation of statistics of sales for any period by types of service and goods, by clients and also employees;
- accounting of cash flow and payments: accounting of cash and cashless payments, including work with health policies;
- accounting of laboratory analyses: a possibility of carrying out analyses in own or third-party laboratories, reflection of analysis results in the patient's cards;
- accounting of agreements with clients: existence in the program of printed forms of agreements on rendering medical services;
- accounting of health policies: the indication of the medical policy and insurance company in the patient's card.
After automation the medical center had an opportunity to keep account of regular customers and to provide them discounts using discount cards. Besides, the program allowed to consider gift certificates, to give to clients an opportunity to pay on credit and to make advance payment. The medical center had an opportunity to keep account of the nomenclature on any characteristics (color, volume, the size, etc.) using use of barcoding of goods. Connection of a fiscal registrar allowed to reduce holding time of clients.
Specialists of BIT installed and configured the software product, provided personnel training, having provided quick start of a system.
