Euroaziya performed complex control automation by transport logistics

On July 5, 2019 the company AXELOT announced carrying out complex control automation transport logistics of the company "Euroaziya".

The main delivery routes of products are intracity transportations across Yekaterinburg and also long-distance transportations across Sverdlovsk region and interregional deliveries. In day the Euroaziya company processes on average 1600 requests for intracity transportations and 900 requests for long-distance. In the company there is own park of vehicles; for transportations also hired transport is attracted.

Specialists of AXELOT implemented the project of complex control automation by transport logistics of Euroaziya company based on the solution AXELOT TMS X4. Project tasks included automation of planning of delivery routes, implementation of the mobile client for tracking of location of vehicles and drawing up the plan-fact analysis on route.

During the project automatic planning of routes taking into account a large number of restrictions for several branches of the company is implemented, each of which has the specifics of work. When planning the type of the delivered products – freezing or warm products is considered. Besides, planning is conducted with separation of activities of the company – HoReCa, the wholesale supplies, retail. Within the project it was succeeded to organize control of accounting of movements of spare parts and materials, waybills, documents of vehicles and drivers; also terms of maintenance are traced and account of car repairs is kept.

AXELOT TMS by means of service data buses DATAREON ESB it is integrated page corporate information system 1C:ERP. 10 stationary and 100 mobile jobs are automated.

Key project tasks were solved – after automation of the company it was succeeded to lower labor costs on planning of routes, account on own park is kept and the plan-fact analysis of routes in real time is performed.
