"The first Bit" increased efficiency of accounting activity in FITs of Biotechnology of RAS

On April 8, 2019 The First Beat company announced implementation in the Federal research center "Fundamental Bases of Biotechnology" RAS (FITs of Biotechnology of RAS) a system "bits. Science. it allowed to automate management accounting and control of activity of research associates of the organization.

FITs of Biotechnology of RAS was required a modern system for accounting of research projects. The management of FITs of Biotechnology of RAS asked for the help in The First Beat company. The command of the system integrator suggested to implement the program "BIT. Science" most of which fully satisfied needs of the client.

Experts of First Bit unrolled IT solution in 50 workplaces. As a result the staff of the organization is provided with tools for accounting, the analysis and control of scientific activity. Thanks to the program the staff of FITs of Biotechnology of RAS began to collect and process quicker information for preparation of the reporting under work of the organization. The management of FITs of Biotechnology of RAS received the effective tool by operational calculation and formation of indicators of effectiveness of scientific activity of the employee and structural division for any time frame.

On the basis of the rating of scientists which is conducted in the program "BIT. Science", awards to employees are distributed. Re-election for the positions approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2015 No. 937 does not do without data of rating too.
