The Federal Bailiff Service transfers maintenance of infrastructure of telecommunications to outsourcing

On February 6, 2014 the MAYKOR company announced the beginning of rendering services of support of stable work of the multiservice telecommunication infrastructure (MTI) of Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation in all territory of the country.

Project Tasks

As a part of MTI: a multiservice telecommunications system for the protected data exchange in department, a departmental telephone network and the system of a video conferencing which integrate in a common information space all objects of FSSP – central office and 83 regional governments.

Project Progress

Within the signed contract for maintenance MTI MAYKOR bears responsibility for recovery and maintenance of operability of the equipment, search and fault recovery, replacement of the equipment which is not subject to repair, setup and a software update.

For project implementation under the terms of the contract work of the line of technical support of MTI which function – acceptance, scheduling and control of execution of requests from representatives of FSSP is organized.
