The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation "looks narrowly" at the project of automation of own activity

On December 17, 2013 1C Company: Reported the first BIT: The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation selected 1C: The first BIT Expert center on work with educational institutions for automation of activity of the university.

Project Tasks

In 2009 - 2013 the university carried out the structural conversions directed to quality improvement of educational process. With respect thereto the decision to improve the automation system of management of the University is made.

Selection of the most suitable platform became the first stage. Won against a product from 1C Company open competitive struggle. The next stage made selection of integrator, for implementation of the platform and involvement of all processes of the University. The financial University stopped the choice on The First BIT company Expert center on work with educational institutions. This solution was caused by wide experience of a command on implementation of Expert center.

Project Progress

For December 17, 2013 the stage of inspection of processes of the automated integration system of "Financial and economic activity of divisions of the Financial University" is completed.

Carrying out inspection solved the main objectives:

• the generalized characteristic of an object and its functions is made;
• the functionality of the existing system is described;
• justification of need of improvement of the existing information system is approved.
