2020: Implementation Optimum of ASUMT
On April 13, 2020 it became known that GD Group, the distributor of goods of FMCG in Georgia, translates an automated system of merchandising and collecting of orders for the solution of the Russian group "Sidisi". The automated control system for mobile trade Optimum of ASUMT is implemented in one of divisions of the company less, than in a month.
The project implemented by the Belarusian partner of Sidisi Group - Infogor company, assumed implementation of a server system and mobile modules for collecting of orders and merchandising and also mobile application "OPTIMUM the Supervisor" in GDM company (the distributor of food, is included into GD Group). 15 employees use the solution: supervisors, sales representatives and merchandisers. The next stage assumes scaling of the project on all divisions of group that assumes increase in number of users up to 200 people.
Specialists Infogor and Sidisi Group carried out migration from other mobile application for merchandisers on the automated control system for mobile trade of "OPTIMUM of ASUMT". Specialists from the customer integrated it with a corporate information system "1C 8: Management of trade enterprise". As explained in GD Group, earlier used program for mobile trade did not meet requirements of sales department for deepening and scaling of business process automation.
sales representatives had no understanding of features of demand in each outlet that interfered with formation of optimal orders. There was no opportunity to obtain operational data on existence of goods on shelves. Besides, there was no mechanism for control of work of sales representatives and observance of standards of the company by them. As a result of implementation of "OPTIMUM of ASUMT" all command got access to complete and up-to-date information on dynamics of sales and a remaining balance in outlets. According to him, implementation of "OPTIMUM of ASUMT" will allow to reduce time for merchandising in each point and to increase performance of work of mobile employees, to optimize products remaining balance in a warehouse, to lower operating costs of the company and to increase sales volume.
