"Technologies of the Future" optimized work of office "Gazprom Gas Distribution of Ivanovo"

On April 9, 2020 the Technologies of the Future company announced that the office of service "Gazprom Gas distribution of Ivanovo" (Ivanovo) was equipped with an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system.

JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution of Ivanovo is the large production and operational consolidation which is engaged in transportation of natural gas to the end consumer (about 420 thousand in the region), service and repair of the intra house gas equipment, construction of gas distribution networks.

Implementation programmatically-hardware the NEURONIQ complex allows to raise efficiency personnel due to decrease in psychological pressure upon the employees performing acceptance of visitors and as a result, to reduce holding time of clients and to increase capacity of office.

Application of a management system for queue makes basic changes to the atmosphere of waiting, giving to citizens an opportunity to dispose freely of the time in the course of waiting, saving from need to trace queue. In this connection the probability of emergence of the conflicts decreases and level customer satisfaction increases.

The intelligent system of NEURONIQ provides operational monitoring of process of acceptance and service of visitors. Besides, collecting of statistical information on work of office in general and each employee separately is performed that allows to plan and organize work effectively.
