2020: Implementation of BIM technology in process of creation of construction objects
On January 9, 2020 it became known that GIPRONIIAVIAPROM implemented BIM technology in process of creation of construction objects.
According to the company, the staff of GIPRONIIAVIAPROM institute using this technology already designs buildings of two Moscow residential complexes – Prime time (Viktorenko St., vl. 11) and Beams (Proizvodstvennaya St., 6). Besides, for January, 2020 using BIM technologies specialists of institute design test workshop for aircraft engines for the foreign customer. Further the company is going to project using this technology all infrastructure facilities for the industry, including machine-building plants, airfield bases, stands for tests of engines and their units and many other things.
By 2024 the Moscow enterprises are going to invest 15.3 billion rubles in digital transformation. The updated possibilities of modeling, application of flexible software solutions and "smart" production – here the main lines of the enterprises of the future adapted to realities and competitive in the digital world. Alexander Prokhorov, the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow told |
In the course of BIM modeling collecting and complex processing of all architectural and design, technology and economic information is performed, are established communication and between different parameters of a designed structure. Thanks to the high accuracy this method optimizes all possible costs of customers, providing the maximum cost efficiency of projects.
The updated technology allows to reduce project development terms significantly. Thanks to a common information space interaction between the employees occupied at different design stages happens according to the simple scheme where the duties of each specialist are strictly differentiated. Naturally, it allows to avoid duplication of the same transactions. Dmitry Zabelyan, the First Deputy CEO of JSC GIPRONIIAVIAPROM told |
Besides, use of BIM design allows to predict emergence of force majeur situations during all lifecycle of an object. Thus, the operator of the building has an opportunity if necessary to take measures of precautionary character that is especially important at construction of the plants and large infrastructure facilities for the industry.
