The Gorizont company completed implementation of the program "Soft-Portal: Sales management of thermal energy". Functions of specialists of sales office are automated. Implementation was performed by specialists of department of automated control systems of the enterprise.
To the project
Earlier at the enterprise the program of own development written on FoxPro (MS-DOS environment) was applied. The limited functionality and a number of inconveniences at conversational operation between the user and the PC became the basis for acquisition and implementation of the software product. The program "Soft-Portal was selected : Sales management of thermal energy" on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform.
In the course of implementation of completions of the program it was not required.
Results
As a result of implementation the set-up time of necessary documents for implementation of thermal energy (the agreement, heat holiday card, etc.) was reduced.
One of main advantages of a new system is the possibility of simultaneous operation with the database of several users by means of a local network what the old program which was used in sales office did not allow. Specialists of the enterprise note usefulness of structure formation of network of heat supply and very user-friendly interface of the program.
The project automates nine jobs.
