On August 19, 2019 the company "Sidis" announced system implementation of forecasting of sales BASYS AI TPM, implemented based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), in the company Henkel Beauty Care.

Earlier in Russian division of Henkel Beauty Care for mid-term and short-term forecasting of volumes and key performance indicators of sales used a set of tables, since 2018 these functions are performed by the BASYS system AI TPM on Microsoft the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform. She helps to estimate instantly effect promo for sales, to quickly create, make changes, to approve and manage the course of promotion actions thanks to what Henkel was succeeded to increase significantly efficiency of promo-investments (to 50% ROI) and to minimize losses of the planned profit in view of the inexact or untimely forecast.

The management of Henkel decided that it is the is best of all the BASYS AI TPM system will cope with this task. This cloud service includes tools for management of team work, customer relations and also built in system of analytics using technologies Power BI and Azure.

Henkel Beauty Care with assistance of BASYS integrated all basic data on clients and distributors into a single scalable and flexible cloud platform which helps with optimization of promo-investments, demand-planning, forecasting of sales, accomplishment of the purposes on volumes and profit.

Earlier for consolidation of the forecast for the whole country the team of twelve analysts and more than 160 hours of time was required, and according to the results of the project one person and for this purpose suffices 30 minutes. Besides, the company management receives the authentic sales forecast to the SKU level weekly, but not in a month that allows to plan much better stocks, sale and a supply chain of goods.

For August, 2019 the command from more than 150 managers uses a system. According to representatives of Henkel Beauty Care company, after 12 months of use of a system of the company it was succeeded to improve a number of indicators — first of all, on key business processes and transactions of planning much less time and labor costs leaves. Collecting and updating of data for the forecast KAMA takes not two days, and several minutes everyone that allows to see a relevant picture of business daily. On complete calculation of a promotion action, check of its key indicators and a contribution to the forecast at KAMA two minutes, instead of an hour leave that gives the chance to make changes to the promo-plan and to reflect them in Demand the forecast for a receipt measure. In a system the relevance of data from all key areas of responsibility managers of the whole country is controlled that significantly increases reliability of forecasts.

Henkel Beauty Care considers that after implementing solution from BASYS, the efficiency of sales was succeeded to raise the companies significantly, and the management had broader picture of business which can be analyzed in real time.
