2020: Implementation of EDMS "Etla"

Specialists of the Khanty-Mansi company "Gorizont" within project implementation of workflow automation customized and implemented an electronic document management system. On May 25, 2020 the Atlas Soft company reported about it.

As the solution of automation EDMS "Etla" as it, when using since 2014 in Pravdinsky Prospecting Expedition company proved as the good automation equipment of document flow was selected.

Main objective of project implementation of automation of electronic document management was:

• need of accounting and storage of considerable information volume;
• increase in efficiency of receiving and information processing;
• gain of control of terms of passing of processing and approval of documents;
• tracking in real time processing of documents.

Upon the demand of the customer a system should provide the following functionality:

• automation of complete lifecycle of the document;
• organization of collective work with documents, including remote;
• work with draft documents in electronic form (creation, vising, signing);
• automatic document registration, come to e-mail;
• imposing of resolutions, execution control, writing and viewing reports on resolutions;
• transfer of documents for execution along the set routes;
• quick search on keyword parameters
• support of context search of documents;
• existence of a subsystem of notifications and notifications to users;
• support of version control of documents;

In progress in setup work with the entering, outgoing and internal documentation was automated, using control of execution of instructions of the management.

System implementation of electronic document management provided automation of approval and processing of all documents of the customer and also allowed to create a common information space of the company.
