The contract for the purchase software of domestic in the amount of ₽439 million was announced by the company Atomdata-Integration"," which is part of the structure of the state corporation Rosatom"." The terms of reference of the tender, placed in June 2025, include licenses for the operating system Astra Linux and other Russian software products compatible with the processor architectures "" and Baikal M"."Elbrus

According to CNews, the company plans to acquire 43,160 licenses of various Russian-made software. The main requirement for purchased products is mandatory support for domestic processor architectures "Baikal-M" and "Elbrus" models of 8S and 8SV.

Information about the tender is posted on the website of public procurement. At the time of publication, the end dates for the completion of the procurement procedure and summing up have not been determined. Delivery of electronic license keys shall be performed within 10 working days after conclusion of the contract.

The purchasing structure includes several categories of software. The largest share is 2,426 licenses of the Astra Linux Special Edition operating system. This OS is designed to work in conditions of increased information security requirements.

A significant part of the order is represented by 12,372 licenses of the ALD Pro software complex for managing devices in corporate networks. This product provides centralized administration of the computer fleet and control of user access.

The company also buys 4,393 combined licenses combining Astra Linux SE and ALD Pro functionality for workstations. This solution allows you to provide a complete cycle of operating system and device management in one workplace.[1]
