ER-Telecom Holding installed 37 video cameras to 16 boiler houses "Improvement +"

On March 19, 2019 the national operator of information and communication services of JSC ER-Telecom Holding announced providing boiler houses of Zabaykalsky Krai with cloud video surveillance. The service helps to maintain security and to keep track of operability of remote objects.

By request of Blagoustroystvo + LLC, the operator installed 37 modern video cameras to 16 boiler houses. The resource supplying organization is engaged in providing localities of edge with uninterrupted heat supply. Also tasks of the company include service and repair of boiler houses, control of availability of fuel and operability of all systems. The remoteness of some points up to 750 km demanded use of 3G networks and 4G for rendering of services.

Thanks to cloud video surveillance "Дом.ru Business", the client received the round-the-clock video access to geographically remote objects. Monitoring of coal resource, safety of fuel and the equipment, access control to boiler houses is conducted far off now. Video surveillance allowed the client to reduce significantly costs for protection of objects, to simplify fuel logistics, to effectively plan working time of personnel for predictive service of points. It is possible to assess the current situation on objects in the online mode in the Personal account of the client without the need for departure to the remote boiler house, or to address archive and to look at record for the selected period – up to 14 days. The records created by a system as a result of operation of detectors of the movement are stored in archive up to several months.
