In Yakutia, GC 1520 digitalized the coal route to the Inaglinsky GOK

2022: Digital Motion Control Launch

In Yakutia, specialists from the ZHAT GK 1520 Division introduced digital traffic control on the access road to the Inaglinsky mining and processing plant. This was announced on December 8, 2022 by GC 1520.

Digitalization will increase the throughput of the line, reduce operating costs, and optimize cargo intervals.

Specialists launched at the Inaglinskaya-2 station a microprocessor centralization system MPC-E and an axle counting system, as well as a semi-automatic alarm on the Chulbass-Inaglinskaya-2 section.

The updated equipment will allow facility personnel to remotely control arrows and traffic lights, automatically build train routes according to the specified parameters, diagnose pre-failure states, and monitor track occupancy.

The Inaglinsky GOK of the Kolmar Group is developing reserves of the Chulmakan and Verkhne-Taluminsky coal deposits. After the plant and OF Inaglinskaya-2 reach the design capacity, a 6.4 km long section will receive and send full-scale compositions with coal. It is assumed that the volume of traffic on it will reach 11.5 million tons of coal per year.
