Inkomstroy carries out complex implementation of accounting systems

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on optimization of activity of Inkomstroy LLC implementation of the software products "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT: Construction", the press service of the company implementer reported on May 21, 2013.

Start

Beginning a campaign for automation top management of firm customer addressed to 1C: The first BIT. It was originally supposed that automation will cover only accounting department. The 1C: Accounting 8 program was for this purpose selected. However, after demonstration of an IT product "BIT: Construction", the client estimated his advantages and made the decision on implementation of both systems.

Project Objectives:

• improve efficiency and quality of acceptance of management decisions;
• increase transparency of conducting accounting and managerial accounting;
• lower personnel labor costs.
• build an analysis system of key indicators of activity of firm.

Result

Automation of the main accounting transactions considerably lowered labor costs. The quality of reporting documents increased. Process of their formation is optimized: function of autocheck excludes errors, the system of reminders and notifications helps to create documents according to terms, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.
