Equipment for modernization APCS of turbine generator T-120/130-12.8 st. No. 5 () was supplied Karaganda TETs-3 Kazakhstan. The company Circle announced this on August 15, 2022.
The I&C of the turbine generator based on the KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (CAS KRUG-2000) has been operating smoothly since 2012.
The equipment supplied for modernization included six sets of controller equipment, two servers, two operator workstations and a Web control server with SCADA KRUG-2000 software installed.
The Karaganda TETs-3 is actively preparing for the beginning of the heating season, by the end of 2022 it is planned to overhaul two boilers and two turbines. The turbine modernization project No. 5 is carried out by the company Arystan Building Company LLP (Kazakhstan). The CAS was delivered with the participation of the Export Support Center of the Penza Region.
2014: Preparation of the CAS test bench KRUG-2000
The scientific and production company "KRUG" for the Karaganda TETs-3 (Republic of Kazakhstan) made a verification stand for the software and technical complex KRUG-2000® (PTK KRUG-2000). The calibration bench is designed for periodic metrological verification of input-output modules and verification of KRUG-2000 CAS equipment.
In 2011-2012. KRUG introduced the APCS of the turbine generator T-120/130-12,8 art. No. 5 of the Karaganda TETs-3 on the basis of PTK KRUG-2000. The Karaganda TETs-3 is part of Karaganda Energy Center LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan), generates 83% of all thermal and 98% of the electric energy produced for enterprises and the housing sector in Karaganda.
Objectives of the test bench development:
- reduction of time and resource costs for periodic metrological verification of I/O nodes
- the ability to check, calibrate and set up controller assemblies, boards and programs without interfering with technological processes.
Functions:
- metrological verification and calibration of I/O modules
- configuration of boards and processor modules in the controller
- Perform inspection and setup of controller software.
The verification bench includes:
- a verification cabinet comprising:
o controller frame with power supply unit for installation of verified/configurable CAS modules o controller processor module with pre-installed IBC software KRUG-2000 o network equipment for communication with operator's AWS
- uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
- user manual and design documentation
- PC with SCADA KRUG-2000® software.
The test bench is developed on the basis of a standard solution and can be used at all enterprises operating APCS based on CAS KRUG 2000.
