2019: VideoMost use results

On December 19, 2019 the Russian company SPIRIT reported that "The Khabarovsk edge institute of development of education" uses VideoMost video conferences.

VideoMost allows to solve problems of Institute quickly, effectively and qualitatively. Video conferences and tools for joint work can be used in research and expert and analytical activity and achieve more good results in all main activities of Institute which includes:

• information and analytical providing and forecasting of development of an education system of Khabarovsk Krai;
• scientific and methodical ensuring creation of regional training materials of the last generation in the field of education;
• satisfaction of needs of employees of educational institutions for knowledge acquisition about modern achievements in the respective areas of science, the equipment, culture;
• studying, generalization and distribution of pedagogical experience in the field of educational and methodical, educational work and its implementation in educational process, etc.

VideoMost is a platform for project implementation of distance learning, and also all necessary feature set and tools for education quality evaluation. Use of interactive video conferences increases visualization and digestion of material, gives the chance to conduct a discussion, to receive a feedback and to provide the continuity of training, in particular, for pupils with limited opportunities. Educational projects based on VideoMost are aimed not only at communication of teachers with pupils, but also and at communication of parents full online, teachers, administrations.

VideoMost is available with the PC, the smartphone, the tablet and allows to hold PTA meetings, seminars, open lessons, certifications with participation to 100 simultaneous users. At solving of tasks of quality evaluation of education, video conference it is an effective method of remote control of testings and examinations, considerations of appeals, holding the training seminars with municipal employees on subjects of carrying out certifications. VideoMost allows to hold interactive webinars for educational and methodical work and to organize online courses of occupational retraining of teachers.

The scalable program VideoMost server and client applications for the PC and smartphones make video conferences in HD quality available as for administration of educational institutions and departments, and for each employee in his workplace.

VideoMost works under OS Linux that helps state customers to perform requirements on to import substitution and at the same time provides sanctions stability of a product for large private companies as VideoMost is completely independent of an ecosystem Microsoft and Oracle, but at the same time effectively interacts and it is integrated and with popular products of Microsoft (as Skype Outlook, Exchange and dr), and with widely used Open Source, including DBMS.

VideoMost is optimized for comfortable to the user of the scenario 'On-The-Go', i.e. use of VKS via the notebook with Wi-Fi and/or the mobile phone with LTE with HD quality of a voice and video. VideoMost is compatible to VKS the equipment, terminals and hardware MCU of other vendors under SIP/H.323 and BFCP/H.239 protocols, for joint work with documents.

The VideoMost server is deeply integrated with the latest version corporate mobile messenger TeamSpirit IM which replaces popular foreign products for text messaging and files and allows to start instantly clicking of one button video conference on the smartphone with participation to 100 users.

2013: VideoMost implementation

In December, 2013 the project based on VideoMost SDK for the Khabarovsk edge institute of development of education is implemented.
