2020: Implementation "1S:TOIR 2 CORP"
On May 26, 2020 it became known that PJSC Khimprom began to rebuild the IT landscape, the 1C system earned by one of the first in the updated digital space : The MRO 2 CORP for management of repairs and hardware maintenance, developed by Desnol Soft company.
As it was reported, premises of the project was the fact that information on activity of repair service for the plant were digitized fragmentary, only in the field of reports for accounting and financial service. Records about repairs were kept in paper magazines, to collect statistics on them was impracticable, the analysis of defects completely was absent, there was no uniform terminology for the description of breakdowns and repair work. The archive was stored not longer than 3 years therefore historical information on funds which considerable part is used decades did not exist. The base of the equipment represented the reference book of accession numbers for accounting and many years was not updated.
By 2018 in the company it was decided to create the IT landscape consisting of the separate specialized systems. Began with complete reorganization of management of fixed assets of the enterprise, having selected an EAM-1C system for these purposes: MRO 2 CORP.
Project objectives was the following:
- Receive the tool for the automated formation of the MRO program of fixed assets of the enterprise.
- Provide a possibility of the automated formation of the annual budget of repair service of the enterprise. Create the budget of a MRO for 2020 for workshop 56.
- Accelerate reporting in all directions connected with repair activity of the enterprise.
- Provide preparation of a system for the subsequent replication.
Project tasks was:
- Carry out audit of fixed assets of workshop 56 in the historical IT-system of ISTOK.
- Carry out reconciliation of the current fixed assets with the reference book of accounting. Structure the reference book, standardize names of fixed assets, normalize data for creation of base of the equipment in 1S:TOIR 2 CORP.
- Implement integration of 1S:TOIR 2 CORP and existing SOURCE systems regarding management, accounting and financial statements.
- Configure standard reports of 1S:TOIR 2 enterprise, CORP under requirements.
- Create additional reports.
- Provestiobucheniye and testing of users.
The project in workshop 56 — the beginning of changes for the plant. We are going to replicate "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" on 18 producing departments, having made a system a basis for management of all tangible assets of Khimprom. As we are going to develop digitalization of our plant using implementation of the systems of the class ERP (enterprise resource planning) and RCM (management of reliability), during the project we began data preparation for the RCM analysis. Risk-oriented approach is relevant for Khimprom as the enterprises highly of a hazard class. In this regard we consider the choice "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" perspective as are provided in a system built in integration with ERP systems and RCM at the 1C Platform which to implement by perhaps own forces. System implementation includes three phases: the first - certification, the second - adaptation, integration and training of employees, the third - trial operation.
Within the first phase data preparation for entering into a system and start of process – accounting of the equipment in a system is conducted. In pilot workshop the reference book of fixed assets contained 2200 items of equipment. After audit from them 846 units participating in creation of profit were selected: technology equipment of workshop and also power and electrotechnical. Including ventilation, pumping, capacitive, refrigerating, filtrational, transport equipment, pipelines, buildings and constructions, reactors, etc. Then assets separated into 1388 objects of repair.
Audit and "cleaning" of data allowed to select the equipment which requires capital investments. In a system there was an opportunity to determine the cost of ownership of assets and to make reasoned decisions on repair or replacement of the equipment, on need of its updating or technical upgrade of workshop. Data are entered into the system in 3 months by the staff of Khimprom who was trained and used special templates.
The second phase includes integration into the SOURCE operating system and user training. Necessary skills of work in a system were received by employees of workshop of production of chlormethanes, services of the chief mechanical engineer, management of reliability, departments of operation and to repair of building constructions, the power equipment, IT specialists of the plant.
According to the results of the project the following was performed:
- Audit of the current fixed assets with the reference book is carried out. The reference book is structured, names of fixed assets are standardized, data for creation of base of the equipment in 1S:TOIR 2 CORP are normalized.
- Integration of 1S:TOIR 2 CORP and existing SOURCE systems regarding management, accounting and financial statements is implemented.
- Standard reports are configured and additional reports in 1S:TOIR 2 enterprises, CORP according to requirements, are created.
- Training and testing of users is held.
- The tool for the automated formation of the MRO program of fixed assets of the enterprise is received. The diagram of a MRO for 2020 for workshop 56 is created.
- The possibility of the automated formation of the annual budget of repair service of the enterprise is provided. The budget of a MRO for 2020 for workshop 56 is created.
- Preparation of a system for the subsequent replication is provided.
- The possibility of formation of uniform base of defects for further integration with a management system for reliability is provided.
Economic effect of implementation "1S:TOIR 2 CORP":
