Completion of test-double wave of electric bus "General"
On October 1, 2024, a two-week test drive of an electric bus model 62181 "General" manufactured by "PC Transport Systems" ("PC TS") came to an end in Krasnoyarsk. The regional authorities assessed the possibilities of organizing electric bus communication, and the engineers of PC TS collected data on the operation of innovative transport in real urban conditions.
"General" was tested on the route "Academy of Biathlon - Mkrn. Sunny, "the length of which is more than 60 km. The operating speed ranged from 14.5 to 19.7 km/h, while for one flight the electric bus consumed from 28 to 41% of the charge.
Also, the electric bus was run on the routes to the final stops "LDK," "Pos. Shinnikov, "" Youth "and" Vetluzhanka. " At the same time, the maximum mileage was 108 km, and the remaining charge was 37%.

Test operation of electric bus "General"
In Krasnoyarsk, the test operation of the electric bus model 62181 "General" produced by "PC Transport Systems" began. During the tests, the electric bus will be tested on various city routes, which will allow assessing its operation in real conditions of the urban environment.
On September 19, 2024, as part of the training of the driver's personnel, the General electric bus passed 108 km without recharging in urban mode with imitation of stops with a remaining charge of more than 35%.
The General electric bus provides a high level of passenger comfort thanks to climate control systems, information media panels and USB charging for gadgets. Its low-floor design makes transport accessible to low-mobility passengers. Particular attention is paid to the driver's workplace, which has been improved in the updated version of the model.
One of the main innovations of the electric bus is its combined charging system. It can be charged from the contact network of electric vehicles, a charging station or an outlet on the 380V. This flexibility allows you to maintain uninterrupted transport and easily integrate the "General" into the existing transport infrastructure. The driver can also adjust the charging current using the control panel. Thanks to the increased capacity of the traction battery, the electric bus is able to travel up to 100 km without recharging.
