2019: Process automation of a MRO

On August 9, 2019 the Sidisi (CDC) group reported that it developed and implemented the mobile solution for process management of maintenance and repair of the power transmission line and the equipment of substations in public joint stock company of power and electrification of Kuban (PJSC Kubanenergo), the electric grid company in the territory of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea.

The mobile solution was developed for process management of a MRO on a software technology platform of OPTIMUM and implemented in only 4 months — from the moment of signing of the contract in August, 2018 to readiness for start in commercial operation on December 20, 2018 in Sochi Electric Networks branch.

Scaling of a system is expected all branches of the company (up to 600 mobile jobs) which are connected in process of purchases of the protected tablets Samsung Tab Active and Samsung Tab Active2. 11 power grid enterprises are a part of power supply system (Krasnodar, Sochi Armavir, Adygei, Timashevsky, Tikhoretsk, Leningrad, Slavic, Southwest, Labinsk, Ust-Labinsky). Total length of transmission lines reaches 90 thousand km. The area of the serviced territory — 83 thousand sq.km, population — more than 5.5 million human. In all mobile devices is established software Optimum Booth — MDM MAM the solution class / (Mobile Device Management/Mobile Application Management) which provides centralized operation with applications by the rules set by the policy of PJSC Kubanenergo.

In the mobile solution of automation of a MRO process of receiving and execution of works according to Orders and Orders in full accordance with "Rules on labor protection at operation of electric units", including signatures an electronic tag, audio-videos are implemented during instructing, offline mode and other functionality strengthening control over safety of work and observance of industrial safety rules. The solution is integrated with the Management System for Production Assets (MSPA) of ID-Management Technologies company. The necessary technical information on site of works (schemes, the regulating documentation, techniques, instructions) is timely provided to personnel.

At further development of the project achievement of the following purposes is expected:

• Increase in volume and increase in accuracy of the data about existence, technical characteristics, technical condition and geographical coordinates of the power transmission line and the equipment of substations.
• Gain of control over safe work and reduction of number of technology violations when working.
• Decrease in labor costs on the analysis of structure and importance of the revealed defects.
• Increase in efficiency of use of working time of contractors.
• Increase in level of quality control and duration of execution of works on maintenance.
• Decrease in influence of a human factor on reliability of results of diagnostics of the equipment.

It is important to note that the software package created by us completely conforms to requirements "Rules on labor protection at operation of electric units' (The annex to the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of 7/24/2013 No. 328n). It has functionality, special to world measures, for mobile solutions in power. Rapid implementation became possible thanks to very harmonious professional work of a team of specialists of PJSC Kubanenergo, our partner integrator of the company "ID-Management Technologies' and our specialists. The project at once brought positive results in processes of surveys, accomplishment of repairs and maintenance. We are ready to transfer to the Russian mobile operating system "Aurora'. For it we already have software packages "MTOIR Aurora's OPTIMUM '," OPTIMUM Mobile collecting of Big Data Aurora', the Digital Software Platform of "OPTIMUM for Aurora'.
