On November 14, 2019 the company of Technology of the Future reported that the second office of service of Kubanyenergoservice company (Slavyansk-na-Kubani) was equipped with an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system.

For Kubanyenergoservice company, the rendering service in the field of service and operation of power networks and the equipment, quality improvement of the provided services is of great importance. Installation of an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system allows to reduce waiting time, to create comfortable conditions of stay and to reduce emotional strength at office of service.

The hardware and software system NEURONIQ promotes increase in efficiency of office in general. The software of a system provides the current and statistical information on work of organization in general and each specialist separately, the number of the visitors serviced and expecting acceptance, holding time of visitors. This information can be used for identification of "bottlenecks" in the course of service and taking measures to improvement of quality of service.

On June 26, 2018 it became known that in Kubanyenergoservice service of visitors became more comfortable thanks to an electronic queue of NEURONIQ.

The Kubanyenergoservice company equipped the office in the city of Temryuk with a management system for queue of NEURONIQ. The multifunctionality of the organization which renders a range of services in the field of service and operation of power networks and the equipment requires system approach to acceptance of visitors. Having set an electronic queue, the company management had an opportunity to create customer-oriented space, due to separation of a flow of visitors between 12 windows of service. In addition to the floor terminal of issue of coupons, the visitor can also address the special employee who will register it in queue, having issued the coupon with sequence number. It is possible to trace a current status of an electronic queue on three LCD screens located in the office hall.

Installation of a system helps to overcome the discomfort of service caused by "queues" that strongly raises a customer loyalty. Also electronic queue of NEURONIQ gives the chance to obtain information on the most demanded services, peak time, intensity of a flow also many other things that is necessary for creation of optimum effective environment for rendering services.
