The completion of the project made it possible to increase the efficiency of working with Lenenergo PJSC documents by introducing a SED solution designed to support the work of 4 thousand users. Also, as part of the project, Lenenergo documents with a total volume of 6.1 TB were migrated to Documino.

At the same time, migration was also possible for documents at intermediate stages of the life cycle. Thus, the specialists of AID- Management Technology excluded the need for parallel operation of the two systems during the transition period and the refinement of a number of documents within the framework of the old SED.

The scope of the basic functionality of the system significantly exceeds the capabilities of the previous SED. First of all, this was achieved through the development and implementation of a mobile application on iOS and Android for use on smartphones and tablets. This SED also implements a module for preparing and conducting meetings of the collective management bodies of the customer company.

The system introduced document recognition tools based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, full-text search for various parameters, the formation of statistical reports on document flow in various sections, as well as tools for creating resolutions and monitoring execution.

Support of complete and shortened life cycles of documents is implemented: incoming, outgoing, internal, administrative, documents of management bodies, etc. In addition, the SED has established processes of interaction between Lenenergo and the organizations of GK Rosseti"" in the areas of coordination, distribution and control of executive discipline.

The full transition to the domestic SED was possible without loss of functionality, since Documino implemented all the available functions and integration mechanisms of ACDS.
