Implementation of the WMS system in the second warehouse

On December 15, 2021, ANT Technologies announced the launch of the next Em Si Logistiks Si-Ai-Es warehouse under the control of the Logistics Vision Suite WMS system.

A year after the launch of the system at the first warehouse of Em Si Logistiks Si-Ai-Es LLC, the next project to launch the LVS system at another storage site of the Company was launched.

The project team was tasked to optimize the previously implemented LVS system for the peculiarities of the second warehouse, while preserving the Company's principles of high quality standards for the provision of logistics services, as well as meeting the requirements of ERP systems working directly with the state digital marking and tracing system "Honest Sign."

As a result of the implementation of the system in the second warehouse, the entire designated set of tasks was completed as planned. As of December 2021, the warehouse operates with marked products in normal mode. The LVS system takes into account the peculiarities of working with the product, supports the processing of marking codes, which allows you to carry out warehouse operations with goods according to the necessary characteristics, provides control and verification of the product according to the specified parameters, forms the necessary set of reports on the results of the work performed.

The company "Em C Logistiks Si-Ai-Es" continues cooperation with the company "ANT Technologies" under the technical support agreement.

Implementation of WMS Logistics Vision Suite

The company ANT Technologies"" on February 18, 2021 announced the completion of the project for the implementation WMS Logistics Vision Suite of the logistic operator "" in the warehouse complex, Em C Logistix Si-Ai-Es which performs warehouse processing of automobile tires.

The car tyre market in Russia is a highly competitive area requiring business participants to conduct business in accordance with changing conditions. To increase the efficiency of work and introduce the "Honest Sign" marking system, the logistics operator Em C Logistiks Si-Ai-Es has modernized the warehouse complex.

As part of the project, a system was set up and deployed to manage all processes of the warehouse complex, taking into account the storage and processing of automobile tires. During the implementation, it was important to take into account all the features of the logistics operator's work with the product, to set up accounting and processing of products according to the requirements of the Honest Mark marking system.

The warehouse maintains a full cycle of work with imported goods in free circulation, and also works are underway to prepare for the processing of goods under customs control. The system implements all stages of product transfer from delivery to the customs warehouse to shipment from the main warehouse to customers.

On November 1, 2020, the amended rules for marking tires and tires entered into force. Market participants are prohibited from selling unmarked tires and there is an obligation to transfer information about all actions with marked products to the Honest Sign system.

The WMS Logistics Vision Suite collects and transmits the necessary information for further accounting in the Fair Sign system. The program allows you to enter an article both taking into account the serial number and not taking into account. Such functionality is required for proper operation of the warehouse during the start-up phase and the transition period for the introduction of tyre marking.

Warehouse employee productivity is always an open topic. Various work evaluation schemes and methods for improving performance are being introduced. In our case, Logistics Vision Suite already retains all the necessary data to evaluate the development, standards, complaints, etc., by which it is possible to evaluate the work of each employee and build further motivational policy.

Upon completion of the WMS Logistics Vision Suite implementation project, the automated warehouse is operational under the control of the implemented system. The established solution ensures not only the uninterrupted operation of the warehouse complex, but also when implementing a certain functionality of the system, it can provide the opportunity to generate the necessary information in the form of regulatory bodies.
