2020: AntiCoVid system implementation

On April 29, 2020 it became known that using the system AntiCoVid developed IT- the company Smart Consulting, the staff of the centers receives information about citizens who plan visit MFC though are obliged to be on a quarantine.

In the period of a pandemic offices of MFC continue the work by appointment. Citizens can register in acceptance via the website, mobile application or contact center. To exclude visit of the centers by applicants who should observe isolation mode at present in MFC the special AntiCoVid system was implemented.

She analyzes data of all applicants who registered in acceptance and compares this information with the database of Rospotrebnadzor in which the citizens who are under medical observation are specified. If one parameter matches at least – a system informs the staff of the center on possible violation of isolation mode. In this case the coupon of prerecording is cancelled, and contact citizens to stop violation of a quarantine.

The AntiCoVid system allows to protect both applicants, and the staff of the centers. In the first days of operation of a system the visit to office of four citizens was prevented. They planned visit, despite the instructions issued to them about isolation.
