2020: Automation of budget accounting in 111 public institutions of the region

The Ministry of Finance of the Magadan region with assistance of NPO Christa performs automation of budget accounting of public authorities and organizations. It became known on July 9, 2020.

The subsystem of collecting and consolidation of the budget reporting of the information management system "The electronic budget of the Magadan region" is created by public finance on the basis of the Web Consolidation PC – development of NPO Christa. For July, 2020 it is upgraded regarding formation of primary budget reporting, including transfer of the right to the basic software: the subsystem of accounting and formation of primary budget reporting on a basis of AS Estimate – developments of NPO Christa is created.

As a result of upgrade of a system automation of the centralized accounting (budget) accounting and formation of primary accounting (budget) records according to the existing Russian legislation by expansion of functionality of a subsystem using web technologies will be provided.

Upgrade of a system will provide:

• creation of the unified information system for the centralized accounting (budget) accounting and formation of primary accounting (budget) records of executive bodies state the authorities of the Magadan region and their subordinated organizations using web technologies;
• observance of uniform methodology of accounting, unity and momentariness of input of primary accounting documents for IOGV of the Magadan region and their subordinated organizations;
• quality improvement of conducting accounting (budget) accounting and formation of accounting (budget) records;
• full compatibility (integration) of software which is a part of the information management system public finance "Electronic budget of the Magadan region";
• increase in efficiency and workmanship of budget processes in the part connected with conducting accounting (budget) accounting and formation of accounting (budget) records;
• cost reduction of executive bodies of the government of the Magadan region and their subordinated organizations on the maintenance of the different systems, the subsystems constructed on different software solutions, a software maintenance and support for conducting accounting (budget) accounting and formation of accounting (budget) records;
• electronic document management using the electronic signature, creation and maintaining archive of electronic document management.

16 cultural institutions of the Magadan region are connected to a subsystem of accounting and formation of primary budget reporting for July, 2020. For July 9, 2020 connection of 111 organizations of a different profile is performed, including executive bodies of the government^[1].
