Within the Program of upgrade of a health care system of Altai Krai for 2011-2012 together with the Altai branch of JSC "Rostelecom" the information communications system integrating more than 5.5 thousand jobs in 142 health facilities is constructed. One of important advantages of the created infrastructure – a population recording capability on acceptance to specialists of any medical institution of edge on the Internet. A system allows to carry out the personified accounting of rendering medical services, to keep the medical record of the patient in electronic form. Thanks to it the patient can browse in a personal electronic account the medical documents at any convenient time.
