I-Teco has introduced the eXpress corporate communications platform at Moskollektor

2025: eXpress messenger implementation

I-Teco has implemented a fully functional corporate communications platform eXpress in JSC Moskollector. The solution will improve the efficiency of operational information exchange, as well as ensure a high level of security during data transfer. I-Teco announced this on July 17, 2025.

Moskollector JSC is part of the City Municipal Economy Complex Moscow and provides the necessary conditions for the operation of communication collectors - multi-kilometer underground tunnels and structures in which power cables cables communications and special communications are laid, as well as pipes of the heating network and water supply. The length of the collectors served by the company's employees is more than 800 km.

Earlier, Moskollector used a foreign product for working interaction, which was replaced by a domestic analogue during import substitution. However, the latter did not fully meet all the requirements of the company, and after the expiration of the licenses, the Moscow Collector's IT department decided to implement a fully functional eXpress corporate communications platform. The system was deployed on the customer's own computing power, and more than 500 company specialists became users.

Employees of the enterprise received a solution that combined modern tools for communication and digitalization of work processes: a directory of users, messenger with channels and discussions, a service AEROSPACE FORCES for 250 + active participants, exchange files via a secure channel and a convenient interface of mobile and desktop versions.

Data Transfer Protocol The Federation, which is used in eXpress, allows you to communicate both with public users of the application and with partners registered on trusted corporate servers (including from other companies).

We considered the solutions of many suppliers, but they did not fully meet all our requirements. The eXpress platform has completely closed our tasks in working communication, including from the point of view of information security. In addition, we highly appreciated the most convenient technical support format among competitive products - the ability to send requests within the messenger itself.
