Profitproekt created the IC of formation of cards of key performance indicators of activity and monitoring for NIYaU MEPhI

On June 3, 2019 the Profitproekt company announced project completion on creation of an information system of formation of cards of key performance indicators of activity and monitoring of the Project for development of NIYaU MEPhI. The project is complete in February, 2019.

The developed and implemented system provides a possibility of monitoring of the "Development of National Research Nuclear University" Project. A system allows to provide online access for staff of the University to the KPI cards that will give the chance to increase efficiency and transparency of management decisions, to provide heads with reliable information, and to the employees to gain an impression about how their activity influences achievement of strategic objectives of the University.

Application of a centralized system will provide heads of key divisions of the University with information tools of monitoring of implementation of performance indicators of activity that promotes rapid response to processes of external and internal changes, increasing the speed of acceptance of management decisions and also high speed of adaptation to the changing operating conditions.

Use as the platform program obespecheniyakpi Monitor Analyzer allowed to increase efficiency due to automation of process of operational monitoring of target indicators, acceleration of process of collecting and calculation of numerical measure values and also the multilevel analysis of the achieved results, distribution of access rights to objects of a system, setup of desktops of key users of the software product, development of the questionnaire of assessment of employees. Using the built-in mechanism of visualization of key performance indicators of activity the display of the KPI cards of staff of divisions is customized, the graphic interactive matrix form of display of results of project implementation of Development allowing to use means of visual analytics for assessment of level of accomplishment of separate indicators in cards and all set of the indicators displaying effectiveness of the selected activity or a specific action is developed noted Kolychev Vladimir Dmitrievich, the head of department of efficiency evaluation of functioning of structure of the University
