The logistics of online store of Net Line is automated based on Maxoptra

Magenta Technology announced on July 16, 2019 project completion on control automation by logistics of online store of factory of Net Line ice cream.

As a result of implementation the company increased efficiency of preparation for departure by 40% and offered to clients more flexible delivery conditions.

Using the tool for logistics management it was required to increase effective management of delivery from online store of factory. The tool had to allow to build routes taking into account wishes of buyers on delivery time, to provide control of timeliness of arrival to the client, to provide analytical data according to the results of works.

Implementation of Maxoptra allowed to automate a considerable part of the transactions connected with preparation for departure. Creation of routes is performed taking into account the territories assigned to drivers, time windows of delivery and other requirements to orders. A system considers high-speed restrictions that allows to estimate precisely transit time and to construct a feasible route for a punctual delivery.

As a result of automation of transactions of planning "The net line" reduced time for preparation for departure for 40%. Reduction of time of planning allowed to prolong receptive period of orders with delivery 'next day' till 8:30 p.m. Now buyers can receive the orders in time convenient to them in any day of the week from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.

Mobile application of Maxoptra became the instrument of communications between drivers and logisticians. Information on location of transport arriving from the application is used by a system within the plan fact of the analysis of the course of delivery.

The module of control provides to logisticians data on location of transport in real time, notifies on lags from the planned route. Thanks to it managers of online store always have data on the course of delivery and can quickly provide this information to the buyer. Data on execution of works are systematized and are available in reports.
