2020: Implementation of the digital exercise machine
On August 5, 2020 the Circle company reported that the digital exercise machine trains operators of a boiler and turbine of the New and Sterlitamak combined heat and power plant.
Increasing the level of security of production, reliability and non-failure operation of operation of the equipment – a strategic direction of the Bashkir generation company which was accepted a few years ago and covers all combined heat and power plants of the company. The set of the digital exercise machines aimed at increase in skill level of operation personnel, so, increase in safety of conducting technology processes in general was during this time implemented.
The computer training complex – the digital double of the boiler BKZ-420-140 NGM of Article No. 4 and the turbine PT-60-130/13 of Article No. 1 of the New and Sterlitamak combined heat and power plant is created using KTK "Track" of production of KRUG company.
The new and Sterlitamak combined heat and power plant is included into the Bashkir generation company (PJSC Inter RAO) and is a prime vendor of thermal energy of the city of Sterlitamak.
The digital exercise machine is developed taking into account features of the operating APCS of a boiler and the turbine with repetition of dynamic symbolic circuits and control algorithms, automatic control and also the technology protection and blocking implemented based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000). The control panels used as a part of the exercise machine in accuracy repeat panels on an object.
Implementation of the computer simulator as the digital double of an APCS of a boiler and the turbine of the New and Sterlitamak combined heat and power plant allows to receive skills of reliable and effective operation of the equipment, without endangering personnel and the equipment of the enterprise in learning process.
