2020: Monitoring system implementation

On December 3, 2020 the Transtelecom company, provider of digital services, reported about the beginnings monitoring system implementation on objects of the Northern railroad. The project implemented according to the results of the competitive procedure provides installation of terminals of face recognition and the equipment for temperature measurement of a body of the person on tourniquets of administrative buildings of the Northern railroad.

The equipment not only takes temperature, but also checks existence of a mask and will recognize the person. Data on the body temperature of the people entering on the enterprise, existence at them of masks compliance of the person to data of the admission are output to the separate monitor of the observer and collect in registers of events.

Any mismatch, whether it be the increased temperature, lack of a mask or people, not having admission on an object, blocks an input and is fixed. In the absence of a mask the signal - a reminder is given. The possibility of the voice notification about the increased temperature is provided. In addition, the time recording is kept and data are transferred to HR department with a possibility of fixing of a deviation from the diagram of the employees who are on a remote form of work on a holiday or on the sick-list.

A system differs from attendees at the market of analogs in an opportunity to be integrated quickly with control systems of remote access of domestic production which in advantage equip the Russian enterprises. At the same time change of vendor is not required that allows to upgrade qualitatively systems with economy of money of the customer. Fundamental difference is use of the thermal imager, but not a pyrometer which has a high error in indications. Thermal imagers work based on the uncooled microbolometric matrix detector on the basis of vanadium oxide. The actual distance from the camera to the object of measurement makes up to 2 meters in difference from competitive offers, the measurement distance at which does not exceed 1 meter. Temperature is taken on 13 points on the person, at the same time the maximum indicator is selected.

Integration with a gating system allows to distinguish the person and by 80 parameters to compare to personal cards of employees. The internal memory for December, 2020 allows to store 50 thousand images and 100 thousand events. An opportunity to transfer a video series to an end-to-end system of security of an object is provided.

The access control system with function of thermovision diagnostics will become the instrument of prevention of a koronavirusny infection along with already taken measures of disinfection and a social distance. Also she will allow us to refuse plastic cards and traditional readers at an entrance tourniquet. We already tested possibilities of simultaneous operation of functions of thermometry, control of existence of a mask and face recognition of employees. Integration of video surveillance, control and management systems for access and the security and fire systems in a uniform complex of security of objects of SZhD will become the next step, - the chief of the Northern railroad Valery Tanayev told.
