The specialist received a name Victor. He will accompany entrants at all stages of entering a higher education institution. Our Institute announced start of a digital receiving campaign. In the conditions of lack of "live" communication with entrants, for us it is always very important to be in touch with them. According to Council of rectors of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, 70% from among those who go to the universities of St. Petersburg come to our city from other subjects of Russia. That process of entering a higher education institution for them was maximum simple and clear, we decided to create the consultant with artificial intelligence – force which never sleeps, so is capable to answer questions of entrants at any time and also to communicate at the same time with one thousand users, – the director of Northwest institute of management Vladimir Shamakhov says.

Developers of the project note that the virtual consultant has capability to study and though on some questions Victor can not know answers, it daily expands the knowledge base thanks to tools of machine intelligence.

It is necessary to tell that the virtual consultant of SZIU RANEPA – the radical Petersburger for this reason he is ready to answer questions not only of receipt, but also to tell entrants about the main attractions of the city.
