The Ruselectronics holding announced on December 18, 2019 State Corporation Rostec that it delivered to Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine (NLMK) the digital heat-resistant video surveillance systems capable to work at a temperature up to 1600 °C. The equipment is intended for remote continuous control of fusion of metal, a flame of torches and also a status of internal surfaces of high-temperature furnaces.

The observation system developed by NIIPT Raster (enters into Ruselectronics), transfers video signal to the operator panel and archives the image. Using the special software the operator can set settings of the camera: regulate exposure, a white balance and also to carry out scaling and deep contrasting.

On industrial productions constant and effective control of all technology processes including which are taking place at high temperatures is necessary. For production digitalization implementation we offer customers digital complexes of video surveillance for extreme operating conditions: at temperatures up to 1600 ° C, the high levels of radiation and for explosive zones.
