ALV Group completed contract management system implementation in Parfyumbytkhim

On January 17, 2019 the ALV Group company announced end of system implementation of contract management for Microsoft Office 365 in the Belarusian company "Parfyumbytkhim". The customer in process of expansion of business and growth of number of partners began to be faced the need to accelerate process of approval of agreements of partners without prejudice to security and reliability of work with documents. Use in Parfyumbytkhim of cloud services of Office 365 made systems working in this environment, the preferable choice for document flow solving of tasks in comparison with traditional solutions. After short testing the customer made the decision on system implementation "Contract management 4.0" as main system of automation of a contracted work in holding.

The Contract Management 4.0 system is further development of the system of approval of legal documents which is present at the market more than 5 years and entering the general line of automation systems of business processes "Document flow 365". Main advantages of the version in comparison with previous:

• Approval authority delegation with / without confirmation is added. Approving can assign the approval right to other person.
• The feature to appoint group of people to a role in an approval chain is added.
• The feature for information input about the partner is added during approval of the agreement.
• Control yur is implemented. department of the main company over the agreements made in subsidiary companies.
• The root page is processed, now it at the same time represents a status of all main business processes.
• The opportunity for work with the European legal entities is added.
• An opportunity to select a consecutive or parallel chain of approval is entered.
• The opportunity for work with a system from Microsoft Teams is added.
• As well as the previous versions, a system it is executed in the Microsoft SharePoint AddIn format providing preserving of operability of a system during the updating and development of SharePoint Online. Among other advantages there are works in Office 365 – access isolation to documents, support of version control of documents, the built-in system of protection against viruses, recovery of the lost data, work with any mobile devices and adaptation of the system interface under the sizes of the mobile device.
