NeuroniQ installation in the central office
On January 17, 2019 the Technologies of the Future company reported that at the central office PJSC Permenergosbyt for control of observance of internal regulations by local offices of the company the system of the centralized monitoring and coordination of service of NEURONIQ which provides collecting of analytical data on business process at each client office and represents them in a format of reports with selection of critical indicators is installed. The NEURONIQ system allows to construct a mathematical model of process of service, to reveal "narrow" places and to estimate efficiency of actions for their elimination both in each separate branch, and for all network in general, directly from the central office. This functionality gives the chance to reduce influence of a human factor on quality of customer service on places and to avoid probable abuses.
Activity of Permenergosbyt company consists in a regular supply electrical energy of apartment houses, manufacturing enterprises and infrastructure facilities of Perm Krai. The developed network of offices of service in the territory of the region provides all range of services from signing of the contract of power supply before transfer of indications of metering devices. PJSC Permenergosbyt regularly increases the number of the client offices connected to a centralized system of monitoring. For January, 2019 the single network of NEURONIQ included three more departments in the cities of Chernushka, Kudymkar and Vereshchagino that allowed to raise the service level of residents of these settlements.
Works on connection of departments to the system of centralized operation were performed by the official dealer of the NEURONIQ systems – Eleko company.
Equipment of NeuroniQ of four more offices
On September 27, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future reported that four more offices of the Perm power supply company are equipped with an electronic queue of NEURONIQ.
Since 2014 the NEURONIQ system equipped 13 offices of PJSC Permenergosbyt. The company management appreciated effect of implementation of an electronic queue therefore when the question rose about the organization of flows of visitors in four more departments, the choice fell on the NEURONIQ system again. Thus, in are reinstalled the equipped offices there were floor terminals issued in the corporate style of the company using which visitors can be registered in queue. Information displays in the form of LCD panels, a board of operators and the sound notification will help to orient when and what employee it is necessary to address. The Eleko company was engaged in installation and setup of a system.
The electronic queue of NEURONIQ allows to organize acceptance of visitors so that to create the most convenient conditions both for clients and the staff of the company, and for its management. So again equipped departments are a part of a single centralized system. Centralization allows to perform data exchange between all offices of the company that considerably simplifies process of management of many working moments, whether it be settings of a system or management of advertizing content which is displaid on LCD panels in all departments of network.
2017: NeuroniQ implementation
On September 27, 2017 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in the Perm power supply company "Permenergosbyt".
The first installations of queue of NeuroniQ in the Perm power supply company were performed in 2014. Since then, joint cooperation led to implementation of more than 8 projects on the organization of processes of service of visitors in Perm and area.
In addition to the organization of a kliyentopotok, thanks to intelligent systems of NeuroniQ, Permenergosbyt's guide can exercise control of workflows in branches. The software module intended for centralization of a system allows to display different forms of the reporting, including, the company management developed on individual requests. In particular, the reports allowing to exercise control of operators, durations of customer service and peak hours of loading became the most topical issues for head office in Perm.
The code of data on the listed indicators allows to solve a number of questions, to perform correction of process of service of visitors and as result to increase company performance.
