2019: System implementation "BIT. Finance"
On October 18, 2019 The First Beat company reported that it implemented the BIT.FINANS system in the Perspektiva energy company. Thanks to it labor costs were reduced by financial accounting and preparation of the reporting. Besides, the speed of approval of documents of the management of the enterprise increased.
According to the company, Perspective is engaged in production of electro-and thermal energy in Chelyabinsk region. For October, 2019 representations are located in 5 cities of the region and provide with energy of wholesale buyers.
Level of a regulation of budget management in the company is rather high. A large number of employees – about 50 participates in budget process. It not only company executives and staff of financial and economic services, but also specialists of sales office and other divisions.

It allowed to improve procedures of planning of operational management of money, to provide higher level of vising of documents and their approval. Using the program process of interaction between divisions of the company when planning BDDS was also automated.
One of the main advantages of the implemented system – electronic financial document management when in the program a large number of users at the same time works.
