On June 7, 2016 the Navicon company announced implementation of the ERP system on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform in Virken-Rus company[1].
Project Tasks
Earlier Virken-Rus used the Russian enterprise management system. However growth of business of the company and need of increase in transparency of business processes demanded transition to use of the optimized management tools.
The initiative of deployment of ERP matched plans of parent company for transfer of branches on a single platform of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The Russian division of Wirquin is selected from quality of model, experience of implementation will be taken as a basis in projects on control automation by branches in the countries of presence of the company. The French integrator Isatech acts as the IT partner integrating work in the different countries at the global level.
In the Russian division, in addition to business process automation according to uniform standards of group, also the problem of accounting of RAS is solved. Thus, we simulated the standard project of implementation Microsoft Dynamics NAV for all our divisions in which are considered the requirement and global corporation, and local financial accounting. We consider that experience of deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Virken-Rus, examination and competences of the local partner on behalf of Navicon will have a key impact on success of similar projects in other countries. Project Results
The implementation project of NAV ERP in Virken-Rus is executed for half a year. For June 7, 2016 a system works in the mode of normal operation and is used for planning, production management, purchases, sales and accounting.
So-called "rollouts" — replication of the information systems implemented earlier in other international divisions of the company — are one of key specializations of Navicon. We have serious experience of cooperation with the Russian divisions of large-scale international concerns. The project implemented in Russia will be used as pilot implementation of corporate solution of CoreModel — the basic ERP systems model developed in France and combined during the project with requirements of local office. Such problem definition requires not only professional knowledge of a system, but also methodological support which allowed the French concern to receive a product for accounting according to the Russian standards and at the same time, whenever possible, not strongly to deviate from corporate solution. |
