In the State memorial estate "Peterhof" system implementation of electronic document management "CASE", developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company is performed. Project works are performed by the partner of EOS Group - Ofis-Dok company (St. Petersburg).

The first stage of the project on transition to electronic document management is completed. During the done works jobs of staff of the general department are automated and data exchange with territorial and remote divisions is organized. Using the CASE system registration of the entering and outgoing documents and formation of mail registers will be provided.

Further step-by-step expansion of use of EDMS "DELO" is planned. Including, processes of approval of draft documents, control of execution of instructions and report generation for analytical work will be automated. Further legally significant electronic document management and gradation to work with electronic documents in all divisions and branches of a museum complex will be organized.

As the automation equipment of document flow by the management of the museum EDMS "DELO" was selected.
