On March 4, 2014 it became known of an implementation project in an IT landscape of Optogan Ltd of a system of management accounting BIT .FINANS.

The company management saw need for establishment of control over formation of costs of all levels of management, obtaining the plan-fact analysis of financial performance, increase in efficiency of financial divisions, responsibility of employees for accomplishment of budget indicators.

Project Results
- Within the project blocks of the budget of cash flow (BCF) are automated, the mechanism of creation and approval of requests for expenses by the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR) and budget items is developed.
- Registration in the system of documents of planned cash receipt allows treasury to work with the payment schedule fully.
