The system warns candidates against involuntary errors, automatically checks the entered data for correctness, helps in filling. All questionnaires are protected from unauthorized access, candidates are identified using code sent via SMS. Given the pandemic, we were able to assess the capabilities of the system: the entire process of interaction with the candidate takes place remotely, without a visit to the personnel service. According to preliminary estimates, the use of SCOUT-Interfax at three of the four production complexes of Apatit JSC will reduce the number of visits by candidates to the personnel service personally. At the same time, in the company's branches in Cherepovets, Balakovo and Kirovsk, more than half of the personnel service employees involved in personnel selection managed to be transferred to remote work.

The system provided a unified regulation for the work of personnel services at all enterprises, simplified the implementation of mandatory personnel procedures.
