2020: Implementation of "Kontur.Diadok"

About the Circuit. The Diadoc the Pirelli company accelerated document handling twice. About it On December 21, 2020 the SKB Kontur company reported.

All buyers and nearly a half of suppliers of Pirelli passed to electronic document management (e-document flow).

The Pirelli company decided to refuse paper documents to reduce costs and to reduce the term of processing of primary documentation. In a case with paper carriers the cycle of work with incoming documents averaged 10 days, with proceeding — 5–7 days. In Kontur.Diadok e-document flow service on the same transactions with documents twice less time leaves. Employees do not sort manually documents now, they do not need to be printed, scanned and packed for transfer to partners any more.

Exchange of electronic documents with partners became instant. Thanks to settings distribution of documents by departments and formation of archive are automatic. Employees work with documents in an information system of the company — SAP connected with e-document flow service by means of connectors.

Andrey Leshchinsky, the Top manager on development of federal clients in the Circuit:

Allowed to automate document handling and accelerate it twice use of connectors. Primary documents move between the accounting system of SAP and the Diadoc without participation of the person. Responsibles only check data and confirm their correctness. Unloading of documents in archive considers different scenarios for packets with invoices, UPD and unformalized documents. As a result it turned out to configure the necessary structure of archive.

For 3 years the Pirelli company transferred 100% of buyers of buses and 46% of suppliers with which regularly exchanges documents to e-document flow. As an additional incentive for buyers obligatory marking of buses served in Russia since November 1, 2020. Transition to remote work was one more driver for partners.

Ike Sarukhanyan, Employee of purchasing department of Pirelli:

Pluses of e-document flow became most obvious during quarantine restrictions. The pandemic accelerated connection of partners to electronic exchange of documents. With those who remained on paper signing and return of originals dragged on. At the same time the standard circuit of processing of electronic documents for us did not change: in 2–3 days employees remotely checked, signed, transferred supporting documents to accounting and sent to archive. Further obligatory transition to e-document flow with all acting service providers is planned that will allow to reduce the number of paper documents to a minimum.
