Pony Express updated the mobile solution for a courier delivery

On March 19, 2019 company CDC reported that the universal logistic operator PONY EXPRESS updated the mobile solution for a courier delivery. The solution developed by Sidisi (CDC) group on a technology platform of OPTIMUM allows to use navigation and satellite control of location of couriers, facilitates process of the prior notice of clients and completely conforms to the last requirements of the legislation.

The complete solution is from mobile application, smartphone based on operating system Android and portable cash printer. With its help process of the prior notice of clients and a feedback with the courier is facilitated, function of automatic informing through text messages in case of unavailability of the mobile number of the subscriber is implemented, the possibility of navigation and satellite control of location of couriers is provided.

Updating also improves control and accounting of receipt and return of money, formations of the necessary reporting, prints and sends checks to the receiver by the SMS and e-mail and completely conforms to the last requirements of the federal law "About Use of the Cash Registers at Implementation of Calculations in the Russian Federation" (FZ-54).

The updated mobile solution allows us to solve three problems at the same time: provide to our clients — online stores — an opportunity to perform the activity in full accordance with requirements of the legislation; improve service for receivers of departures; and, at last, to reduce our costs due to optimization of a number of internal processes.
