The prompt answers of the authorities to citizens' questions are one of the main indicators by which the effectiveness and transparency of the regions are measured. In addition to two software robots already introduced into the activities of the Press Committee, by September 2024, the development of a third solution is being completed, which similarly optimizes the process of answering questions from residents received not only through the Our St. Petersburg portal and the EDMS, but also from other sources.
