At the end of August, 2020 Primteploenergo announced system implementation of visualization of networks using modules of the geoanalytical Rusgis platform developed by RusGIS company. It is about the first case of use of tools of geoanalytics of thermal networks in the Far East.

More staff of Primteploenergo was trained (they learned to draw networks, to coordinate the pipeline, isolation, studied the statuses and working off of requests) and starts the thermal maps with fixing of accidents and video surveillance given in a system. It is expected that to the following hydraulic tests which are planned for spring of 2021 by employees of all branches will enter in the system of thermal maps about 2 thousand kilometers of networks, pipelines and isolation, the location of boiler houses is specified, the Chief information officer of Primteploenergo Anton Pikalov reported.

Drawing such amount of data rather labor-intensive process, but on a result we will be able fully to trace all thermal networks. The second stage, after start of the first, we are going to connect dispatching service in the test mode. This service will begin a full-fledged work when all networks are brought in a system — he emphasized.

According to the CEO of Primteploenergo Anatoly Popov, a status of all thermal objects to see in real time very important for the enterprise. Control of all parameters and the analysis of a situation will allow to predict and prevent failures, to timely carry out repair work to emergence of serious accidents, he explained.

By the end of August, 2020 the platform implemented in Primteploenergo allows to carry out inventory of networks and all equipment. In 2021 integration into the program of 1C is planned to reflect  all emergency situations and repairs in sections.[1]
