On March 27, 2019 the Circle company reported that at Priufimsky CHPP Bashkirskoy of the generation company the educational and training complex for training of personnel of APCS workshop created using the computer training TRACK complex (KTK TRACK) is put into operation. The model of the computer simulator covers subsystems of SAR and TZIB of the boilers E 420-140GM of Article No. 1 and Article No. 2 and a turbine unit of PT-60-130/13 of Article No. 1. The APCS of a boiler unit of Article No. 2 is executed based on PTK KRUG-2000 (NPF KRUG). An APCS of the turbine of Article No. 1 and a boiler unit of Article No. 1 is developed using PTK Emerson.

Priufimsky combined heat and power plant

The exercise machine for training of personnel of APCS workshop is set of models of the boiler and a turbine unit and also models of the automated systems operating at the enterprise with repetition of algorithmic providing and graphical representation.

The exercise machine gives following features:

  • study influence of setup parameters of automatic regulators on characteristics of transition processes and acquire skill of optimal adjustment of regulators
  • acquire skill of check of technology protection as on the stopped technology equipment (with impact on an armature), and without stop of technology process (on a signal)
  • study operation algorithms of the existing systems of automatic control (SAC) and technology protection and blocking (TZIB)
  • acquire skill of search of defects in PTK KRUG-2000 and also subsystems of SAR and TZIB.

KRUG company performs the following works:

  • Development of the APCS model of the exercise machine
  • Development of a mathematical model of regulated parameters
  • Delivery of the software
  • Engineering and commissioning.
