On June 26, 2019 the Navicon company reported that it constructed in the Russian division of the international pharmaceutical company "Kvaysser Pharm Gmbh and To. KG" data warehouse. For this purpose it implemented the complete analytical solution for management of secondary sales and partner relations. The basis of an IT ecosystem was formed by own developments of integrator based on technologies of global vendor of MicrosoftNavicon Pharma TDC and Pharma BI. Automation of tasks of marketing departments and sales will allow employees of a pharmproizvoditel to accelerate processes of collecting and processing of reports on secondary sales and stock balance from 40 distributors and 80 large and small pharmacy chains.

According to the company, Kvaysser Pharm Gmbh i Co. KG (Kvaysser Pharm LLC) was required the IT tool which would help to create analytical reports and to process the entering reports on secondary sales in the automatic mode. Earlier the staff of Kvaysser Pharm LLC company prepared them in the manual mode – this work required large labor costs and increased the probability of the wrong planning logistic and production processes.

To reduce labor costs by collecting, storage and analysis of reports from distributors and pharmacy chains, to increase quality of corporate analytics and to simplify drawing up forecasts, the Navicon system integrator implemented in Kvaysser Pharm LLC two solutions – Navicon Pharma TDC and Navicon Pharma BI. They are developed based on technologies of Microsoft and adapted to needs of participants of the pharmaceutical market.

Using Navicon Pharma TDC the staff of Kvaysser Pharm LLC managed to refuse the manual mode of work with reports on a remaining balance and secondary sales and analytical reports. The solution automated collecting, storage and analysis of sales statements from distributors and pharmacy chains with detailing to a point. Also work with reports on a remaining balance from 12 distributors with detailing to specific branch or a warehouse was automated. The staff of marketing department can use data retrieveds for the detailed analysis of sale.

Besides, all information on work with partners obtained using the Navicon Pharma TDC tools also formed the basis of corporate storage Kvaysser Pharm LLC. As a result the company received the large and most complete database which contains information on primary and secondary sales, sales plans, marketing researches of the market from the analytical agencies IQVIA and DSM and also about products remaining balance in warehouses both Kvaysser Pharm LLC, and distributors. Thanks to implementation of Navicon Pharma BI employees of a pharmproizvoditel can use contents of storage for analytical work and acceptance of management decisions.

At the same time for June, 2019 corporate statements in Power BI and Excel are regularly updated in the automatic mode. On the basis of a role model online access of different employee categories (top managers, heads of departments, area managers and representatives) to all necessary data is provided, and a part of reports is available to partners.

The present stage of development "Kvaysser Pharm Gmbh and To. The KG" in Russia and the CIS demanded the updated instruments of support of business. At the initiative of the CEO of Kvaysser Pharm LLC Alexey Mikhaylov and the director of business development "Kvaysser Pharm Gmbh and To. The KG" was involved in the CIS countries of Dmitry Marianovsky the whole arsenal of digital technologies – Event Apps, Knowledge Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation. A part of tools was deployed by own forces, a part – by means of partners, a part – waits for implementation in the nearest future. The analytical tools deployed and configured by specialists of Navicon allow to investigate data on interactions with distributors and pharmacy chains from the different points of view, to find between them interrelations, to receive representations and the ideas necessary for the further growth and business development.
