2020: Implementation of an electronic queue
On April 3, 2020 the Technologies of the Future company reported that her employees implemented the project on installation of an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system in Department of ZAGS (Volgograd).
The technologies of "lean" production implemented everywhere are adopted also by services of Civil registration. One of attributes of the modern "thrifty", so effective organization is the automated control system for a flow of visitors.
Optimization and increase in efficiency of organization, improvement of working conditions of employees and service quality of visitors, decrease in load of personnel, reduction of waiting time and reduction of the conflicts in queues – all this results of application of an intelligent system of NEURONIQ.
In addition to basic function – the automated flux profile of citizens – the hardware and software system provides statistical and operational data on work of ZAGS which I can be used for further improvement of service, elimination of "narrow" places of process of service of citizens and for job analysis of employees.
