Rostekhinventarization + Oracle

On July 21, 2010 it was reported that within the project of complex automation of activity of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rostekhinventarization-Federalnoye BTI in "pilot" divisions of the company the unified information system of management of finance, property, personnel and agreements is created. A system will provide transparent and effective mechanisms of management of this largest state enterprise. The project is implemented by specialists of IBS Borlas.

During the first stage of the project the unified information system which covered management of finance, property, personnel and agreements in "pilot" divisions of federal state unitary enterprise is created: Central office, representation in Siberian Federal District and the Krasnoyarsk branch. Along with it in all divisions of federal state unitary enterprise the budgeting system is started and the works on creation of a corporate portal are completed. At the moment users of a system are 200 employees of federal state unitary enterprise, upon completion of the project the number of users will increase to 1500 people.

The complex project allows Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rostekhinventarization-Federalnoye BTI to use advantages of the most advanced and demanded in Russia software solutions of Oracle of three categories. It is the Oracle E-Business Suite enterprise management system for solving of tasks of management of finance, property, agreements, personnel. A complex for the intellectual business analysis and performance management of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management enterprise as a part of Oracle Hyperion Planning, the solution for the integrated business planning, budgeting and forecasting. And family of a middleware Oracle Fusion Middleware. Including, creation of the analytical portal on the Oracle Business Intelligence platform will allow the management of the enterprise to obtain in an interactive form information for decision making.
