"Rusatom-service" automated a part of processes using Case Platform

2020: Results of implementation of Case Platform

For the purpose of automation of a part of processes in project activity, operational processes since 2017 JSC Rusatom-service cooperates with Financial Information Systems company (Daley of FIS). Announced this FIS on June 22, 2020.

During cooperation, the FIS command helped with the solution of various tasks, based on implementation of these tasks in the company the following applications appeared:

• Self-assessment on elements of nuclear infrastructure
• Nuclear Assistant for rendering remote technical support
• Check of level of knowledge of operational personnel

The current systems conform to the stated requirements and effectively solve the business challenges assigned to them. Tools which systems have give the chance to manage flexibly business processes and to implement the optimal modes of work in the company. Systems are executed on low-code to the Case Platform platform allowing to make changes and independently (in the presence of the trained specialists) to be engaged in setup and development of the existing configurations.

In addition FIS noted that for check of hypotheses of success of projects, based on Case Platform prototypes of future solutions were developed (MVP is Minimum viable product), which helped the company to make the decision on continuation of investment into these or those directions:

• Check of level of knowledge of operational personnel
• MVP – The autoguide on purchasing activity
• MVP – Management of commissioning
• MVP– Export control

Use of solutions of the company Financial Information Systems allows to provide uniform technology architecture of information systems and to increase efficiency of internal processes of the company and also to provide a complete importonezavizimost of the used components.
