Corus Consulting To the Russian-German foreign trade chamber (VTP) emailmarketing Integration KORUS CRM Group " helped to optimize-and reported about it on October 26, 2020. tool (own development of the company) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 allowed to use data CRM- systems for segmentation of participants of mailing and personalisation of letters – all this became available in several clicks, without switching between systems.

Rossiysko-The German the foreign trade chamber (VTP) represents the interests of the German enterprises in RUSSIAN FEDERATION and supports the Russian companies of century Germany. From it more than 900 VTP member companies is large foreign business association of century Russia. Activity of VTP assumes operational informing partners through email campaign about important news of policy and economies and also organization activities.

For improvement of a visual component of e-mails and receiving expanded analytics VTP made the decision to pass to external service of mass email mailings Unisender. However use of the solution in a separation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 assumed manual synchronization of contacts from CRM with marketing lists of service. For automation of this process, reduction of labor costs and possible errors of CORUS Consulting Group offered ready service "to KORUS CRM|Bulk mailings".

After implementation of the ready-made solution managers in several clicks create contact lists for email campaign and send letters from the interface of the CRM system or a newsletter service on the templates prepared in the editor. All process began to take place twice quicker due to automatic synchronization of marketing lists and templates, possible errors because of a human factor were excluded. Also now it is possible to store and analyze statistics of both all campaign, and separate emails.

In the nearest future we are going to improve the implemented solution. Jointly with the specialists of Corus Consulting who in practice confirmed professionalism and reliability we will configure panels of monitoring of CRM and lead generation on the basis of link navigations, – Marina Gogolidze, the manager on analytics of CRM systems and lead generation of the Russian-German foreign trade chamber notes.
